Reserve online in a few minutes. We deliver for day one, you use the gear through your tournament, and we handle pickup. Venue meetup is the default — lodging and field-side options are available when you need them.
Three simple steps
From reserve to pickup — without appointment juggling around brackets.

Book your window
Choose Daily, Weekend (Friday–Sunday), or Week-Long (Sunday–Friday). Pick a package, then reserve. Payment instructions come after you place the order — nothing is charged on the booking form.

We deliver
On your first day we deliver between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM. Be available during that window, or leave clear drop notes so the handoff is clean.

Play — we pick up
Use the gear through your games. On your last day we pick up between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM from the same spot — no overloaded trunk or airport haul.

Most families meet us at the recommended meetup for their complex (Ripken, Grand Park, or North Myrtle Beach). It’s preselected at booking and the simplest day-one option.

Hotel or condo delivery
Prefer gear at lodging? Hotel or condo delivery is available in our Myrtle Beach service area — included with packages.
Upgrade
Field-side handoff
Need a closer handoff near your field or gate? Field-side service is available as an upgrade when access allows.

Dropoff & pickup at Ripken Experience Myrtle Beach
- Dropoff: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM on your first day
- Pickup: 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM on your last day
