- Can I just book online?
- Yes — if your dates are set and you want a standard family or team package, Book is usually faster than waiting for a reply.
- When will gear arrive / leave?
- Morning delivery 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM on day one and afternoon pickup 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM on your last day. Most families meet us at the recommended venue meetup — hotel or condo delivery is also available. Call 843-410-9325 if you need help finding the spot.
- Is hotel delivery included?
- Most families choose venue meetup. Hotel/condo is available; field-side is an upgrade.
- What if plans change?
- Cancel 72+ hours before delivery for a full refund (minus payment processing costs).
