Our Myrtle Beach service area covers the main hotel and condo corridors near the big complexes, plus field-adjacent lodging used by travel-ball families. Packages include venue meetup or hotel/condo delivery inside this zone.

How delivery day works
- We deliver between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM on your first rental day. Most families meet us at the recommended venue meetup — hotel or condo delivery is also available.
- Someone should be available during the 8–10 AM window, or leave clear drop notes.
- On pickup day, leave gear in the agreed lodging spot or venue meetup area during 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM.
- Coolers arrive empty. Bring your own ice and drinks so nothing melts in transit.
Most families meet us at the recommended venue meetup at Ripken Experience Myrtle Beach (Parking/loading area beside the large white building on the east side of the complex, accessible from Ripken Way Blvd (see the red arrow on the Ripken map)). Hotel or condo delivery is also available. Dropoff is between 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM on your first day; pickup is between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM on your last day. On the day, call 843-410-9325.
What helps us land gear cleanly

- Hotel or condo name + room / unit number (if lodging)
- Gate codes, building name, and parking tips
- For field-side upgrade: field number and gate when you know them
- Restricted lobby or elevator hours — note that at checkout so we can plan the handoff
How delivery fees work
Most families choose venue meetup. Hotel/condo is available; field-side is an upgrade. Your cart total always shows the delivery line before you place the order.

Common delivery questions
- Do you deliver outside the corridors listed?
- Sometimes — email us your lodging name before booking so we can confirm coverage. We typically reply the same day during tournament season.
- Venue meetup, hotel/condo, or field-side?
- Most families choose the recommended venue meetup for their complex. Hotel or condo delivery is also included with packages. A la carte venue meetup or hotel/condo delivery is $25.00. Need a closer handoff? Field-side is a $25.00 upgrade.
- What if plans change or weather hits?
- Cancel 72+ hours before delivery for a full refund (minus payment processing costs). Rain or shine for your booked window. If severe weather blocks safe delivery, we’ll reach out to reschedule when possible. Full answers are on our FAQ.
