Pickups are made between 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM on the final day of your tournament or rental period from the same venue meetup area or lodging used for dropoff.

Weekend Rental runs Friday delivery through Sunday pickup — ideal for most tournament weekends. Gear stays with you for the full Friday–Sunday window.

What counts as the Myrtle Beach service area?

Accepted Answer

Serving Ripken, Grand Park / Market Common, North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex, and Myrtle Beach hotel corridors. If your lodging is outside these corridors, contact us before booking so we can confirm coverage.

Do you deliver to hotels, condos, and ballparks?

Yes. Most families choose the recommended venue meetup for their complex (see venue maps). Hotel or condo delivery is also available. Need a closer handoff? Field-side service is available as an upgrade. Share gate codes, building names, and field notes in your delivery notes.

Does someone need to be present for delivery?

Accepted Answer

Someone should be available during our 8–10 AM delivery window, or leave clear drop instructions (lobby, porch, or the recommended venue meetup area). We’ll email when we’re coordinating delivery; optional SMS updates are available if you opt in at checkout.

What happens at pickup?

On pickup day, leave items in the agreed lodging spot or venue meetup area during our 4–6 PM window. We collect everything so you don’t haul gear home or to the airport.

What if our schedule changes?

Contact us as soon as plans change. Cancel 72+ hours before delivery for a full refund (minus payment processing costs). Inside 72 hours we may offer credit toward a future rental when inventory allows.

What’s your weather / rain policy?

Gear is yours for the booked window rain or shine — light rain doesn’t cancel a rental. If severe weather prevents safe delivery, we’ll reach out to reschedule within your tournament dates when possible.

Do you set up tents?

Tents are delivered ready to use with stakes included. Customers are responsible for setup and tear-down unless we’ve arranged otherwise in writing for a team order.

What is the recommended venue meetup area?

Each tournament complex has a designated dropoff/pickup area marked on its venue map. Most families choose that recommended meetup — it’s the simplest default at booking. See Ripken, Grand Park, or North Myrtle Beach venue pages for the exact spot.

Book as soon as your tournament dates are firm — ideally when hotel blocks open. Popular baseball and softball weekends near Ripken, Grand Park, and North Myrtle Beach Sports Complex sell through. Midweek windows often have more flexibility.

Do coolers include ice?

No. Coolers arrive empty so you can pack your own drinks and ice. This keeps delivery simple and avoids melt water in transit.

How do I pay?

We accept Venmo, Cash App, and PayPal. At checkout, choose your method, place the order, then send the exact total using the payment instructions on the confirmation page. Include your name and order reference in the payment note. We confirm your booking once payment is received.

Can teams book multiple items or packages?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Coaches and team parents can book bulk quantities or Team Dugout / Sideline kits for baseball or softball travel. For large orders, use the Contact form and we’ll help plan staging and delivery.

What if gear is damaged during our rental?

Accepted Answer

Treat gear like you’d treat a borrowed cooler from a neighbor — normal tournament wear is expected. If something breaks or is lost, contact us right away. We’ll work through repair or replacement costs based on the item and what happened. Returning gear reasonably clean helps avoid a cleaning charge.

Can inventory sell out?

Yes — popular baseball and softball weekends near Ripken, Grand Park, and North Myrtle Beach can sell through, especially tents and team kits. Booking early holds your gear for your dates. If something is unavailable, we’ll help you swap to a similar option when inventory allows.
